Dougherty County Police investigating Dollar General shoplifting

ALBANY, GA -- Dougherty County police need you help finding a man accused of
shoplifting
from the South Westover Dollar General on February 5th, shortly after 4 PM.
Investigators say that a black male, later identified as 49-year-old Curtis Brazier, appeared to be shopping in the store when he took three packages of Dove deodorant and two packs of Bicycle playing cards valued at a total of $11.
Brazier had panty hose on underneath his pants to help secure the items, but a manager confronted him outside the store where Brazier returned the items.
The manager was able to get a license plate number from the vehicle and report it to authorities, leading to the identification of Brazier.
Investigators with the Dougherty County Police Department say that Brazier has a long history of shoplifting and theft by taking charges to the point that this theft by shoplifting charge will be a felony despite the value of items taken.
