Former band director indicted Tuesday

MOULTRIE, GA --
Colquitt County grand jury members indicted former Colquitt County High School band director, Paul Guilbeau, on Tuesday.

The 43-year-old has been accused of having oral sex and sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old girl in a Moultrie motel room.

Guilbeau was fired in late August just after his original arrest. He was released from custody on a $10,000 dollar bond.

No trial date has been set in the case.
