SYLVESTER, GA -- Sylvester police officials have announced that they have made an arrest in the bomb threats that have plagued the Worth County School System over the last week.

Officers with the department say that a 10-year-old Worth County Elementary School student is being charged for the bomb threat that occurred on Wednesday at the elementary school.

The student will be charged with terroristic threats and acts, transmitting false report of alarm, and disruption of a public school.

Investigators say that they are continuing to work on leads and information regarding two of the other bomb threat cases.
