ALBANY, GA -- Several groups throughout Southwest Georgia are looking to pay their respects to the victims of Newtown, Connecticut.

Marvin Brown, along with several others, are planning to ride to Newtown in hopes of delivering toys, and funds to the families that lost so much in Friday's tragic shooting.

Brown says it was something small they could do to show their sympathy and compassion.

"The biggest part of it was to start an effort, really let those people up there know that obviously we cannot feel the same grief they can, but the rest of the nation is supporting them," said Brown.

The group will be off on the road tomorrow hauling all of their donations up north.
