ALBANY, GA -- Officials with Johnny Carinos' franchise have confirmed that the Albany location has closed for business.
Local ownership of the restaurant said that issues such as low sales due to the economy led to the closure.
When asked if
Olive Garden
played a part, the ownership said that "anytime another Italian eatery opens in the area and is as popular as the Olive Garden, it affects sales."
