ALBANY, GA --
Former Westover offensive lineman Trenton Brown switched his commitment from the University of Georgia to rival Florida. A move based off trust, Brown placed his full trust in the Gators Wednesday.

Signing his official letter of intent in Albany, the Georgia Military Juco transfer made the move to orange and blue because of offensive line movement.

Brown believed the Bulldogs wanted him to play guard. While Florida gave Brown what he wanted- an opportunity to play tackle. The Brown family believes Florida got better with this gifted offensive line, and Brown plans to prove his worth.

“I think I can do a lot of things at the tackle position with my length and ability to move with my size. A lot of people look at me and they probably think I can't move, but I was a youngster I was always a skill player- it helped me a lot at the tackle position,” Brown said.

Brown will enroll at Florida in January to participate in the Gators spring practice. The 6-foot-8 offensive tackle says it's a necessity to get going early with two years of eligibility.
