ALBANY, GA -- For Albany's Andre Young, the 2012 NBA Draft was a bust. Through two rounds and 60 picks, the point guard didn’t hear his name called in New York.

However, the former Deerfield-Windsor guard did get a call this week in the form of a summer league invitation.

According to Young's agents, Adam and Ben Pensack, the point guard will play in the NBA’s Summer League with the Golden State Warriors.

Young worked out for the Warriors and Sacramento Kings in pre-draft evaluations, but will have more evaluations to make Golden State’s 15-man roster.

The summer league begins in Las Vegas next Friday. All games will be televised on NBA TV.
