Officers with the Albany Police Department say that Justin Scott was taken into custody around 4:30 AM Tuesday morning in the 200 block of Baldwin Drive.

Initial Story (1/11/13)
Albany police need your help finding two suspects, one wanted for a November shooting and the other for failure to appear in court.

20-year-old Dontavious Alexander Laster aka "Bear" is wanted for shooting a juvenile in the  back and attempting to shoot another male. The incident happened at the 400 block of Shadowlawn Drive on November 16th 2012.

Laster stands 5'7" and weighs 236 pounds.




Officers are also looking for 23-year-old Justin Scott for failure to appear in court for multiple drugs and weapon violations.

Scott is 5'5" and weighs 130 pounds.
