ALBANY, GA -- The Albany Tech Lady Titans team hasn't been around long- the current season marks only their third in organized play. However in year three, it appears that everything is starting to click for the Lady Titans.

On Friday, the Lady Titans won 76-53 due to a big second-half run squashing a comeback by Chattahoochee Tech. With the win, Albany Tech moves to 7-0 for the first time in school history.

After a 7-0 Chattahoochee run chipped the Titan lead down to a single point at 42-41, Albany Tech roared back with a 24-6 run of their own that sealed their seventh win.

The Lady Titans are guaranteed to become 8-0 after Gordon College forfeited Saturday’s scheduled game. Albany Tech will see their next action in Carrolton this upcoming Wednesday against West Georgia Tech.
