ALBANY, GA -- Albany State baseball welcomed a change in the schedule. The Golden Rams have taken some beatings outside of the conference, but there’s good news coming…the SIAC games started Saturday.

Albany State stamped out 23 runs in a 7-3, 16-1 Saturday sweep of Clark Atlanta. The two teams will close out the three game set Sunday at 1 PM.

In game two, leftfielder Jacob Campbell ignited the scoring with a two-run triple in the second inning. The Golden Rams cycled through five Clark Atlanta pitchers with ease for the two blowouts.
