ALBANY. GA -- The Albany State basketball team celebrated the holiday season early. The Golden Rams play one game in December and needed a Friday win to avoid heading in to the New Year winless.

Thankfully, the Golden Rams took advantage of a massive size difference for a 93-68 win against Carver College. Worth County native Jerome Hamilton led all ASU scorers with 18 points followed by Andrew Covin’s 16 points.

Albany State travels to Kentucky State on January 3- the Golden Rams won’t play a home game until Tuskegee on January 7.
