Mario Laroy Fuller turned himself into the Albany Police Department.

ALBANY, GA -- Former Albany State defensive back Mario Fuller has been arrested and charged with forgery according to the Albany Police Department.
Police stated that Fuller was involved with using counterfeit $100 bills at seven local stores. The forged $100 bills were actually $5 bills with an imprint. The 23-year-old turned himself in to authorities on Thursday afternoon.
Fuller was a key defensive contributor for the Albany State Golden Rams football team. As a strong safety, the Jesup-native was a first team All-SIAC defensive back during his 2009 junior season. Fuller finished his senior year with 58 total tackles and an interception for the Golden Rams top scoring defense.
