CINCINNATI, OH -- Albany golfer Josh Broadaway was still in the hunt at the Nationwide’s Chiquita Classic down three strokes with 18 holes left to play. Broadaway, in his 150th start on the tour, was aiming for his first win on the tour.
While Broadaway shot a three under, 69 in Sunday’s final round, it wasn’t enough for the inaugural win on the tour. The Albany native finished in a tie for fifth at -19.
Broadaway started and finished strong with birdies on the first and 18th holes, but couldn’t keep up with the tournament winner Russell Knox
Knox shot -6 for the round and -25 overall.
