Scot Hemmings takes over the Cavaliers

Darton College has found the replacement for legendary baseball coach Glenn Eames.
Darton announced today that Scot Hemmings will take over the Cavalier program beginning officially on July 1st. Hemmings most recently coached in the high school ranks at Central High School in Phenix City, AL, but has roots at the Georgia Junior College level.
Hemmings played ball at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in 1996 and 1997, and coached at Andrew College in Cuthbert from ’04 to ’08. While at Andrew, Hemmings led the Tigers to back-to-back third place finishes.
With the Hemmings hiring, Glenn Eames officially steps down after 16 years as the Darton coach.
Note: Justin Huff is promoted to Cavaliers first assistant coach with the hiring of Hemmings.
