ALBANY, GA -- The first year for Dougherty Football Coach Jesse Hicks didn't go exactly according to plan. But going into his second year, Hicks has a new strategy that will involve some football and also his East Albany community.

Hicks undoubtedly wants to improve on his 2-8 football team from 2010, but his Trojans won't truly succeed on the field until they succeed off of it.
