ALBANY, GA -- The Snickers Marathon in Albany, Georgia will soon have its own application for iPhone, iPad and Android users just in time for the race. The app will give runners a chance to receive quick messages from organizers and other participants, look at the map, check standings as they're updated and more. Rashelle Beasely with the Albany Convention and Visitor's Bureau says they've been trying to get the app ready since December and now it's almost here just in time for the big day. Beasley says the free app will show up in stores any day now and there will be a person at the race showing everyone where they can find it and how to use it. The only bad thing about the app?
