ALBANY, GA -- A Sunday night wreck sends to two people to the hospital after a car flips as the result of the crash.

Albany police say that a witness reported that Lexus driven by 64-year-old Freeta Venisee had the light to make a left turn and a Crown Victoria driven by 30-year-old Breton Nelson ran the red light.

Investigators say Nelson struck Venisee and the impact from the crash caused her car to flip.

Both Venisee and Nelson were taken to the hospital for treatment and Nelson was cited for a red light violation.
