Lee County Sends Seven Wrestlers to State Meet

ALLATOONA, GA -- Lee County High School sent 13 wrestlers to GHSA State Sectionals filling up all but one weight class in the meet. On Saturday, the Trojans returned to Leesburg successful with the most state qualifiers in program history.

Seven Lee County Trojans will hit the GHSA State Championship Meet (two more wrestlers than Lee County sent in 2012). The Trojans have a quick turnaround to the championship. Macon will host this year's tournament starting Thursday.
