Officials with the Georgia Bureau of Investigations in Moultrie have confirmed that 20-year-old, Kirby Yon was shot multiple times Friday night at the corner of Circle Drive and 3rd Avenue in Moultrie.

GBI Investigator Steve Turner reports that the incident sparked from a bad drug deal. Authorities officially arrested 22-year-old, Danny Hill on Saturday in connection with the incident, charging him with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Yon was found in his car and appeared to be shot multiple times and also had several stab wounds.

More charges are pending, and GBI officials are still investigating this case.
