ALBANY, GA -- Fresh off their final four conference tournament appearance, the Albany Tech basketball team is close to completing its 2012 signing class.

Three future Titans held their signings at the Albany Tech campus on Thursday infusing this class with some local talent. Westover's Brandon Hudson, Dougherty's Arabian Williams and Wilcox County's DJ Lawson have all signed with the two year school.

The total Titan number for 2012 has moved up to seven and Head Coach Sylvester Patterson says they're ready to reload on the offensive side of the ball.

“We're bringing in a lot of pieces, a lot of talent this year. We're going to be really athletic and we're going to play a lot faster this year so we're going to get up and down and get some easy baskets and just have to reload,” Coach Patterson said.

Albany Tech isn't done with their signings. Patterson is aiming for two more athletic guards who'll be able to keep up with his fast paced attack.

“I know the coaches and I liked how they coach…so I think it will be a good fit for me,” Former Westover Guard Brandon Hudson said.
