Thursday, March 01, 2012  Albany buried Bleckley County 68-41 at Albany High Wednesday night. The Indians advance to the AA- State quarterfinals against Vidalia Saturday at 8:30 PM.

Tuesday, February 28, 2012  The 2011 Champion Albany Panthers took the first step on the road to a Professional Indoor Football League title run by getting onto the field for their first practice of training camp at Albany High School.

Monday, February 06, 2012  Updated with video; A critical win Friday night at Thomasville moved the Albany basketball team in to the AA-1 driver seat. With one more win on the weekend, the Indians could be moving that title out of sight of the opposition.

Wednesday, December 21, 2011  Westover guard Dequan Green hits a tiebreaking three pointer with seconds remaining to vault the Patriots over Albany 54-51. Westover's TJ Cromer was named tournament MVP.

Tuesday, December 20, 2011  Albany and Westover play for the U-Save It Pharmacy Classic Championship on Tuesday at the Albany Civic Center. The cross-town rivals will be meeting for the third time this season.

Tuesday, October 18, 2011  The final three games of the regular season will decide the fate of the Albany Indians football team. The Indians travel to Quitman to take on the region-leading Brooks County Trojans this Friday.
