ALBANY, GA -- In a phone call to the FOX 31 news room,
Lorenzo Heard
has announced he will file suit against the Dougherty County Board of Elections.
Heard has scheduled a press conference at 6:30 PM Tuesday evening in front of the court house.
The Dougherty County Board of Elections decided last Friday that Heard did not meet all the requirements to be qualified as an independent in the Dougherty County School Board At Large seat race.
