The sample ballot for the Dougherty County runoff has Rick Allen facing off against John House for the right to run against Democratic Congressman Sanford Bishop in the General Election.

ALBANY, GA -- Early voting began Monday morning in Dougherty County for the August 21 runoff election between
John House
and
Rick Allen
for the Second Congressional district.
Early voting will go on now through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Voting will take place on the second floor of the Government Center at 222 Pine Avenue.
