The election is over, but today the Georgia Secretary of State - Brian Kemp certified the results for the July 31st general primary runoff elections.

Basically that means he affirmed that all Georgia counties have provided a true and correct tabulation for the total votes for each candidate.

The time period for a candidate for state office to request a recount has also started
