According to Dougherty County Police Sergeant

, Narkia Morman of Baconton, Georgia has been arrested in Stop & Shop purse snatching from June 12th.
Tips from Crime Stoppers assisted Dougherty County Police in identifying this individual. She was arrested Monday morning after her grandmother, who is also the Mayor of Baconton, turned her in to the
