ALBANY, GA -- A burglar broke into a local medical building last night, attempted to cut the power to the alarm system and got away with nothing.

The burglary, at the Doctor’s Laboratory at 1108 N. Jefferson St., happened around 3:00 a.m. The burglar entered the building through a back door, but never made it into the medical offices, police said.

Authorities still are looking for the suspect.
