Montrevious Spurlin allegedly molested his seven-year-old cousin and was convicted in court on sodomy and molestation charges

ALBANY, GA -- Montrevious Charles Spurlin, 20, was convicted Wednesday on charges related to a case involving a seven-year-old victim he allegedly molested.

Spurlin was convicted of Aggravated Child Molestation, Aggravated Sodomy, Child Molestation, Sodomy, Sexual Battery Against a Child Under 16 and Simple Battery. The judge sentenced Spurlin to 25 years in prison without parole as well as life on probation.

According to the Dougherty County District Attorney’s Office, the seven-year-old was Spurlin’s cousin.
