ALBANY, GA -- The trial began Tuesday for three men accused of killing Albany man Jack Camp.
33-year-old Darrell Anderson, 22-year-old Christopher Ingram and 23-year-old Dontavious Wilson face multiple charges of conspiracy to murder, malice murder and felony murder.
The Circuit District Attorney at the trial says the men were selling drugs at the Regency Apartments in east Albany at 1 a.m. March 14, 2007. The attorney says Camp lived in the complex and called police; that’s when Wilson shot Camp in the face.
Defense attorneys say the case is a “ball of confusion led by a rush to judgment.”
On Friday, attorneys presented closing arguments.
The case is now in the hands of the jury.
