MOULTRIE, GA -- Moultrie police arrest a man for reportedly taking $1 in merchandise from Walmart.

Officers say 49-year-old Wesley Morgan shoplifted the merchandise and then ran away from the store.  They report finding Morgan hiding in a pipe a short time later and arrested him after pulling him out.

Police say Morgan refused to come out on his own and he had to be forcefully removed.

Morgan is charged with theft by shoplifting.
