Two crimes within hours of each other on W. Highland

The first incident happened at about 11 o’clock last night

ALBANY, GA -- Police are looking for suspects after a pair of violent crimes on the same street in Albany.

The first incident happened at about 11 o’clock Saturday night.

The victim, Brandon Winns, told police that two black males walked up and robbed him at gunpoint in the 700 block of West Highland.

Five hours later on the same block, two women said that they were shot at by a man.

No arrests have been made in either case.

It is not clear if the two incidents are connected.
