More arrests in Phelps shooting

Jordan Harris arrested

ALBANY, GA. -- Albany police have made another arrest in the July 3^rd shooting and robbery of Walter Phelps.

He is the owner of P and P Hardware.

20-year-old Jordan Harris was taken into custody at an apartment complex on West Gordon on Tuesday.

He is charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a crime and theft by receiving.
