Moultrie police have arrested a man for a December 2009 shooting.

20-year-old Danny Hill is charged with aggravated assault for allegedly shooting a man at a Moultrie bar on December 23^rd. Witnesses told police that a shooter opened fire at the Gameroom, and Michael McNeil was hit with a stray bullet. Police are now saying that shooter was Hill.

McNeil survived the shooting.
