Grangier Industrial Supply donated $5,000 to the Southwest Georgia Food bank today.

The Grangier Foundation has been helping local organizations since its inception in 1949.  Southwest Georgia Food Bank representative Tony Hall says the new funds will be used to help out less fortunate families.  

Hall called the donation a "tremendous boost, and an early Christmas present in May."
