Tifton police arrested a man charged with shooting two people Tuesday night. 

Investigators say 47-year-old Frank Bell shot 34-year-old Thomas Newsome and 21-year-old Delvon Brave on North Park Avenue.  Newsome is in critical, but stable condition and Brave is stable.  Police say they are still investigating a motive in the shooting.  

Bell is charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
