Officials seize marijuana, cocaine, and more

Law enforcement made a traffic stop on 300 South this evening that turned into a drug bust.

Officers arrested Nathaniel Jones after finding 11 small bags of marijuana and a small bag with powdered cocaine.  At that point officers secured and executed a search warrant for Jones’ home.  Inside his home officers found more small bags filled with marijuana, cocaine, a digital scale, a rifle, and a handgun with the serial number scratched off.  Officials also seized his vehicle.

Jones is in the Crisp County Jail charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
