UPDATE 11/3/12:

Texasville Sheriff, Buddy Glass, along with his deputies and other deputies in the Barbour County, AL Sheriff Department and Quitman County Sheriff Department, apprehended Miller County jail escapee Timothy Fred Hurst Sunday evening in Texasville, Alabama.

Officials say that Hurst was taken in without any incident.



43-year-old Timothy Fred Hurst escaped from the Miller County jail Friday afternoon.

Officials believe that this Quitman County inmate escaped over the back fence and went down the river and is headed towards Clayton, Alabama through Seminole County.
