ALBANY --
In our Facebook Story of the Day, you wanted to know of Halloween events are happening this year.

Halloween is the final day for FrightNights 2012 – a haunted house walk-through in the old Circuit City Building on Westover Boulevard. The doors open at 7 p.m. and tickets cost $8.

For the younger crowd, the Albany Police Department will be holding their annual Pumpkin Patrol. Decorated police vehicles will patrol the streets handing out candy while making sure the streets are safe.

Last but not least there will also be plenty of trick-or-treating going on in all neighborhoods. The APD is asking parents to supervise young kids, make sure they can see clearly and be seen in their costume, and check all candy before enjoying it.

Police are also asking everyone to refrain from acts of vandalism on houses.
