LEESBURG, GA --
In honor of Red Ribbon week Lee County Elementary schools are getting kids motivated to stay drug free.

In the school's gym Lee County High School cheerleaders, drum line and football players got kids moving in the spirit of cheer.

Red ribbon week is set up to educate elementary kids about the dangers of drugs.

In the culminating pep rally on Friday, football players spoke to the kids about why they should say no to drugs.

“If they want to have a positive future, then they must go ahead and make that decision right now at this pivotal age,” says Blake Reeves, Lee County Elementary School Guidance Counselor.
