ALBANY, GA. --

After seeing an uptick, gas prices are once again falling.

Retail gas prices dropped last week and experts predict they will continue to fall next week.

According to officials AAA, it’s likely that gas prices will reach the levels they were a year ago.

Here in Georgia gas prices are set at $3.54 cents. That’s down nine cents from last week.

The national average for regular unleaded gas is $3.68. Eleven cents lower than a week ago.

The drop in prices is being attributed to lackluster demand and growing supplies of fuel.
