ALBANY, GA --
A white female has been found dead in her trailer home located on Lot B-31 in the 2200 Block of Clark Avenue in east Albany.

Albany police say the victim's roommate discovered the body and called 911 around 7:00 p.m. Tuesday night.

EMS arrived on the scene shortly after and contacted Albany police.

Although police haven't released the cause of death, they say there are signs of foul play and there will be an active homicide investigation.

There are no suspects at this time but the roommate and others who came in contact with the woman are being questioned.

The name of the victim has not been released at this time.
