A former captain for the Sylvester Police Department has been found ‘Not Guilty’ three years later according to WorthIt2U.net.
Isaac Adams was arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance following an investigation in March of 2009 by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations.
Adams was indicted and released on a $10,000 bond in November of 2009 where he pled ‘Not Guilty.’
