ALBANY, GA --

Bikers saddled up this morning for the second annual Ram Ride.

The motorcycle rally is in memory of Jo Neal Freeman, the late wife of ASU president Dr. Freeman.

The ride takes bikers on a route from Albany State University to Lake Blackshear, with the proceeds going toward a scholarship fund.

Reginald Christian, a Ram Rider, is happy to ride for a good cause, "The proceeds go toward helping students who are less fortunate and are going to college and are having financial difficulties, so the ride is to raise money to help them out"

The organization is also raffling off a 2006 Honda Goldwing motorcycle.

350 tickets are being sold for $100 each. If you would like to buy a ticket call (229)430-4660
