ALBANY,GA --
Albany police are investigating four shootings Saturday morning—three of which happened within the span of one hour.

The first was at 2:51 a.m. at 2020 Madison Street.

A woman told police she heard several rounds being fired outside her home and realized one bullet came through her front door and into the house--no one was hurt.

The second shooting-four minutes later, happened right around the corner in the 600 block of Willard Avenue.

Steve Williams said he was walking down the street when a brown vehicle approached and the subjects inside starting shooting at him, striking his left leg.

His injury was not life threatening and he was treated at the hospital.

The third shooting at 3:51 a.m. happened in the 2600 block of south Jackson St. when Jaqwan Trent said a white van approached him with at least six males inside who shot and struck his left leg.

Trent was treated at the hospital.

Officers spotted a white van on the Liberty Expressway shortly after and arrested six males and confiscated a gun--although they were not charged in relation to this particular incident, they were charged with tampering with evidence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The fourth shooting happened at 11:20 Saturday morning at 1709 Gadsden Drive.

Terrell Douglas told police a green vehicle approached him and someone inside shot and hit Douglas' left thigh.

He was also treated.

Police have no known suspects at this time.
