ALBANY, GA -- The Kiwanis Club met Monday and welcomed Congressional candidate, Rick Allen.

Allen spoke on several issues including his stance on President Obama's health care plan. However, Allen went on to say that Southwest Georgia has much bigger problems then the possibility of "Obamacare" sticking around.

"People in Southwest Georgia need to have more economic opportunity, need to have a better education, and we need jobs. I believe that's not provided right now, and that's something I intend to work on," said Allen.

With the Club allowing both Sanford Bishop and Rick Allen speak, members of the Kiwanis have had the opportunity to not only get to know these candidates, but know their stance on the key issues as well.
