ALBANY, GA --
Every summer, kids at the Albany Museum of Art get the chance to showcase their abilities at the annual arts summer camp.

With children returning each year, the camp is sold out every week requiring parents to sign up months in advance for this summertime favorite. Program director Crystal Morrison, says that most of the children have been attending for years and eventually come back as volunteers once they've outgrown the camp.

This week the kids were working on environmentally friendly robots built entirely out of recycled products. Some of the campers however, say the best part about the camp is the end of the week.

"We get to design our own robots, and take them home to show our families at the end of the week," said camper Griffin Bearden.

Morrison says the summer is one her favorite times, because all of "her" kids come back to show their skills and have fun while doing it.
