ALBANY, GA -- A witness to the Tuesday morning burglary and gunfire on Haley Street has identified one of the suspects.

According to the Albany Police Department, 20-year-old Christopher Anthony Davis was identified by a witness as one of the suspects running from the address seconds after gunfire was heard coming from 506 North Haley Street.

Davis was charged with two counts of burglary, four counts of aggravated assault, seven counts of aggravated assault against peace officer, two counts of false imprisonment, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
