Police are on the lookout for the man they say fired several shots inside the Hot Dog King April 19.

34-year-old Frederick Williams is 5'9, weighs 205 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Warrants for aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon have been issued against Williams.

Williams was driving a silver Mercedes Benz S500 with the tag number BWX 8519.
