ALBANY,GA --
Dougherty County Police are releasing the names of the victims in Tuesday's accident.

Ray Harrell Jr. was driving a Ford F-150 that struck Krystal Dennison, who was driving a Buick Park Avenue. They have not released the name of the juvenile.

A juvenile is air lifted to a hospital in Macon and is in critical condition after an early morning accident in Albany.

Dougherty County Police are not releasing names at this time, but say a 53-year-old man was driving a vehicle eastbound on Clark Avenue around 8:00 a.m. when he crossed over into the westbound lane, striking another vehicle with a 28-year-old woman and her daughter inside.

The woman was taken to a hospital for injuries, but the daughter was taken to Macon where she remains in critical condition.

Police say the girl was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

Failure to maintain lane and DUI charges are pending for the male driver.
