ALBANY, GA --
The police are asking for your help in locating a person of interest.

35-year-old Dezmund Levar Smith is wanted for criminal trespass, probation violation, and theft by taking.

Smith was around the 1400 block of West Waddell Avenue where he flattened tires on a victim's car, broke the windows of the victim's house and stole some shoes.

Police says he continues to harass the victim.

Smith is six foot-four and weighs 154 pounds.
