Southwest Georgia experienced rough weather  Sunday afternoon.

Luckily, no injuries have been reported.

When the rain reached Albany, folks saw quarter-sized hail.

Water, Gas and Light crews were out on Beattie Road restoring power--there was an estimated 1,000 homes without power Sunday afternoon.

At last report, pretty much everyone is back up and running, but crews are heavily concentrated along 11th Avenue at this hour.

We also received reports of a tree down on whispering Pines--crews were able to clean that up quickly.

Still, drivers are warned to drive with caution around the area and look out for other debris in the road.
